BML Munjal is a UGC-Approved university. The various undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered at the University are Ph.D., MBA, B.Tech, BBA, B.A. (Hons) Economics, B. Com (Hons), B.A., LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A., LL.B. (Hons.). BMU is ranked 54 as per the NIRF 2022 ranking in the Management Category. The university is known for being mentored by Imperial College London which is ranked 7th in the QS Ranking 2022. It provides various scholarship programs to students from all batches. BMU has a selective intake of not more than 750 students per year. By the virtue of a limited intake, BMU is able to maintain a healthy student-to-faculty ratio and run a very successful mentor-mentee program across its' 4 schools i.e School of Engineering and Technology, School of Management, School of Economics and Commerce, and School of Law. Munjal University's highest package for the year 2022 was INR 33.6 LPA and INR 32.2 LPA for B.Tech and MBA programs respectively. The total fee for the B.Tech Program is INR 10.08 Lakhs while the fee for the MBA program is INR 12.35 Lakhs.

For BBA, BBA-MBA Integrated, B.Com(H), and B.A. (H) Economics programs, admissions will be done on the basis of  PI (Personal Interaction).  However, SAT,  ACT, or CUET scores, if available, must be submitted to give a better insight into the profile of a candidate. BML Munjal University (BMU) has commenced the application process for admission into its UG and PG programs. For BBA, BBA-MBA Integrated, B.Com(H), and B.A. (H) Economics programs, admissions will be done on the basis of  PI (Personal Interaction).  However, SAT,  ACT, or CUET scores, if available, must be submitted to give a better insight into the profile of a candidate. BML Munjal University (BMU) was established in 2014 in Gurgaon, Haryana. The varsity offers a variety of Bachelor’s, Master’s, and doctorate degree courses in the field of Engineering & Technology and Management & Commerce. JEE Main or any other state-level engineering entrance-qualified candidates can apply for admission to the B.Tech program.

Apart from the B.Tech course, BML Munjal University (BMU) also offers admission to BBA and B.Com (Hons.) at the undergraduate level. Admission to these courses is granted on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination and Personal Interaction.

Except for BMU MAT, CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT or NMAT qualified candidates are also eligible to apply for the MBA program. Candidates having the desired score in any of these entrance exams will be called for an interview at the BML Munjal University campus for final selection.  Interested Candidates need to note that registration for NMAT and XAT has started and will end on November 10 and November 30 respectively.

Ph.D. admission is based on a BML-based written test followed by an interview. GATE/ CAT/ UGC NET/ CSIR NET or any other equivalent examination-qualified candidates are also eligible to apply.

BMU offers MBA in various specializations and an Executive MBA program. The MBA program is offered in the following specializations:

Eligibility:

• MBA: Bachelor’s degree in the related discipline is the minimum eligibility requirement with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks for an MBA that requires a UG degree in the relevant field.
• Executive MBA: Graduation in any area with at least 50% marks and work experience of a minimum of 3 years.

Selection Criteria

• MBA: BMU conducts BMU MAT to grant admission to the MBA program followed by a Case Analysis Test (CAT) and an interview. Final admission is offered on the basis of counseling conducted by the university for the shortlisted candidates. Apart from BMU MAT/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ GMAT OR NMAT qualified candidates are also eligible for admission.

The University offers a B.Tech program in various disciplines. The specializations offered in the B.Tech program are as follows:

The University invites applications for the course in the month of March every academic year. Candidates are required to qualify for JEE Main or BMU-SAT or any other State Level Entrance Examination to get admission in B.Tech.

The application fee of INR 1500 is to be submitted online or through Demand Draft or in cash. Selection will be done by reviewing all the applications by the selection committee and the selected candidates will be called for Personal Interviews.

Eligibility:

• Candidates who have passed 10+2 from any of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu or Kerala State Boards require 70% marks in aggregate with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects.
• For other boards including AIU 60% marks in 10+2 (PCM) is required.

Selection Criteria:

• Candidates having a valid score in JEE Main or BMU-SAT or any other State-level entrance exam (SAT) or ACT.
• All short-listed candidates will have to appear for a Case Discussion (CD)/Personal Interview (PI)

Key Points: 

• International Baccalaureate candidates are required to have studied Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics at the class 10+2 level and have a valid score for JEE, any State-Govt. conducted engineering entrance test. 
• IGCSE/Cambridge board students are required to have 3 A-levels, studied Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry at the class 12 level & have a valid score for JEE, any state-Government conducted engineering entrance test.
• If you have taken the ACT or SAT exams so you can submit those scores to BML Munjal University which will enhance your chances of selection in the university.

B.Tech Scholarships

BMU also offers BA (Hons) Economics, BBA, B.A LLB (Hons.), BBA LLB  (Hons.) and B.Com (Hons.) courses at the UG level. The university also offers an Integrated BBA+MBA program. Admissions are based on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam.

BML Munjal University offers full-time BBA-LLB (Hons) and BA- LLB (Hons) integrated programs. The duration of both programs is 2 years. The eligibility criteria for BBA-LLB (Hons) and BA- LLB (Hons) programs are as follows.

Eligibility:

Are required to have a minimum aggregate of 70% in their class XII final board examinations

Applicants from all other Indian boards recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) are required to have a minimum aggregate of 60% in their class XII final board examinations (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, etc.)

Cambridge/IGCSE board students are required to have 2 A-levels minimum.

Selection Criteria:

For admission to Law programs offered by BML Munjal University applicants will be evaluated on the basis of Class 10 and Class 12 final examination scores, Written Submission, CLAT or LSAT exam scores, and Personal interview.

The University offers Ph.D. in Management & Engineering and invites applications for the Ph.D. course in the month of March every academic year. The duration of the Ph.D. course is a minimum of 2 years up to 6 years.

Selection Criteria

Merit Scholarships: BMU merit scholarships can be availed by students in B.Tech, BBA, MBA, Law, B.Com (Hons) and B.A (Hons) courses.

*Scholarship based on SAT scores shall be granted on a case-to-case basis and the School of Engineering and Technology shall make the decision in this case in consultation with the management.

• Law

Dean Scholarship: 20% of the class will be given a Dean Scholarship of 25% waiver on tuition fee for the first year depending on academic performance and Interview score. The Dean, in exceptional cases, can recommend a higher scholarship amount for a student that he considers, after the evaluation of the student’s written work and his/her interview performance, as especially promising and capable of contributing successfully to the intellectual life at the law school.

The merit-based scholarship will be awarded to 20% of the registered students in the first & subsequent years of the programme. Ths scholarship will initially be awarded for the first year only. To maintain/obtain a scholarship in the subsequent years (for courses other than B.Tech):

• A student should be amongst the top 20% of the batch
• A student should have a minimum CGPA of 7 at the end of the first year
• A student should have maintained a minimum of 80% attendance across all course(s) in each semester in the previous year(s)
• There should not have been any disciplinary action instituted against the student

Haryana Domicile Scholarship: As per provisions of the Haryana Private Universities Act 2006, clause 35 & 36, BML Munjal University will grant scholarship to Haryana Domicile students on merit cum means basis subject to meeting minimum eligibility admission criteria and completing the admission process. It is mandatory for candidates applying under the category of Haryana Domicile to submit Domicile certificate at the time of counselling/admission. Admission & Award of scholarship will be decided by the Admissions & Scholarship Committee and its decision shall be final and binding. 6.  Early Cycle Scholarship: This scholarship is for new applicants applying for UG and PG programs
